These terms are the agreement between you and [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us") for using the BananaGym app. By creating an account or continuing as a guest you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
The app is only for people aged 18 or older. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18. If you are not, you must stop using the app now. We may close any account we believe belongs to a minor.
BananaGym provides exercise routines, educational articles, and tools to track what you record. It is general information for healthy adults. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a doctor or urologist. Individual results vary and no particular result is promised.
Before starting, and especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, Peyronie's disease, take medication that affects blood flow, or have any doubt, talk to a doctor. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, numbness, discolouration, or loss of sensation. Read the Safety Center in the app before your first session and follow the warm-up, rest, and intensity guidance. You use the exercises at your own risk and you are responsible for training safely.
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. Your records belong to you. To provide the app you allow us to store, sync, and display them for you, and for no other purpose.
The app, its mascot, lessons, videos, routines, and text are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the app while these terms apply. Nothing else is granted.
The app is currently free. If we introduce paid features we will say so clearly in the app before you pay, and we will update these terms.
We work to keep the app running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may discontinue the app. If we plan to discontinue the sync service we will give account holders at least 30 days' notice so they can keep their data.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice unless the breach is serious or the law prevents notice.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage that results from using the exercises or from relying on the app's content, or for loss of data you did not back up through an account. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union.
These terms are governed by the laws of [Greece]. If you are a consumer in the European Union you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will show the new version in the app and ask you to accept it before continuing. The date at the top shows the current version.
